The innovative billionaire that loves to help mankind, is at it again. This time he’s using his money to assist with the Flint water crisis that has burdened the citizens since 2016, when lead proved to be in the city’s water supply.

(Early 2017 the water quality had returned to what is considered acceptable for daily use, but citizens were instructed to continue to use bottled or filtered water for consumption. All lead water pipes are scheduled to be replaced by 2020.)

On Thursday evening, October 4th of 2018, Flint School district expressed it’s appreciation to Elon Musk and the Musk Foundation on Twitter. Their donation of $480,000 allows for the installation of new water filtration stations and water fountains at all schools! Now the students of Flint school district, which has more than 4,500 enrolled, will be able to drink uncontaminated water that doesn’t negatively impact their health. It’s an act of kindness that makes a huge difference!

Aside from changing the lives of students in Flint, Elon is inspiring young entrepreneurs to do all that they can to help the world become a better place. Checkout this Tweet From Coty White, founder of the auspicious company PiecePro Xpress, who is eager to get out there and make a difference.
